Analysis of the financial needs for protected area management in the Netherlands Antilles

Summary: 

A joint effort by the local government together wtih non-governmental protected area organizations to identify the financial needs for effective management of the protected areas. The analysis took place in 2000 and formed the basis for the establishment of DCNA and the Dutch Caribbean trust fund for nature conservation.
